  • Once your appointment is confirmed, you can view your Lead Details, which consists of Lead Date, Franchise, Customer Name, Email and Lead Type.
  • You can create New Appointment and view your Appointment Details. The section consists of all the key information like Appointment Date, Appointment Time, Franchise, County, Appointment Type, Appointment Source and Appointment Status.
  • Customer can also Reschedule Appointment and Cancel Appointment at Appointment Details section.
  • You can view Ticket Details and can access information like Ticket ID, Time Spent, Date, Ticket Type, Department, Subject, Installer, Knowledge Base, Lead and Appointment.
  • You can also Create Ticket!
  • After inspection of your work, an estimate will be generated. You can view the estimate and contract along with other information like Franchise, Estimator Name, Appointment Date, Appointment Time, Appointment Status and Estimate Status.
