Unit Owner

You can logon as a unit owner, and access the modules accordingly. Admin authorizes you to View/Modify/Add/Add-Modify any of the available modules.

Tenant

You can logon as a tenant, and access the modules accordingly. Admin authorizes to View/Modify/Add/Add-Modify any of the available modules.

Background Check

Administrator is authorized to check background of any type of registered user in the Community website. Whenever required he can initiate the background check as site has complete user details.

Under the Background Check section, you can check the background of specific user. For instance, select the user type and type the name. You can easily check whether there is any criminal or civil record against the user. You can access complete details related to the user like User Name, User Type, Email Id and Phone number. There is one more column stating Has Record, if it states NO then it is fine. On the contrary, if it states Yes then you click for further details like address, DOB, Score, Record Id, Category, Source Jurisdiction, Background type etc.

CMS

CMS or Content Management System enables you to add, modify or delete the web pages easily. For Instance, if you click Home under the heading Page Caption then you can add or modify all the page details like title, meta description, meta keywords, URL and content. Mark status of specific page as Active or InActive accordingly.

Maintenance

This is a major part to be handled as it covers all the key details like Company List, Contract List, Fee Schedule, Navigation Menu, Payment, Property List, Tenant List, Unit List, Unit Owner List and User List.

Under the Company List Section, you can check, add, edit or delete company names, Email Ids, Contact Numbers and Address.

Company User
